Community-Driven Planning Fund: Celebrating Round One Recipients!

Launched in March 2024, the Community-Driven Planning Fund is dedicated to supporting planners, organizers, facilitators, and organizations in the NACRP network. These grants are intended to seed projects and resource members/member organizations accountable to frontline communities to advance a community-driven planning process. Round one awarded four grants —please join us in congratulating and celebrating Deep Space Mind 215 for Pentridge Children’s Garden, Foundation for Intentional Community for Sankofa Village, Festival Beach Food Forest and Baldwin House Community Collective! Read more about their projects here.

The round two application recently closed, but the fund will be back next spring! You must be an NACRP member/member organization to be eligible to apply. Click here to learn more about the NACRP network and how to become a member. 

Special Note: Members/member organizations may apply individually or as part of an organization so long as their annual membership is active for the 2023-2024 calendar year.
